Ingredients:

Ingredients per a 4 persones:

  • 200 gr. melva a salaó.
  • 3 pebrots secs.
  • 4 patates.
  • 2 cebes.
  • Oli.
  • Sal.

Melva

Preparació:

  • Poseu al foc un calder de ferro amb aigua.
  • Introduir-hi les cebes i les patates trossejades.
  • Quan arrenqui el bull s’afegeix la melva prèviament dessalada 3-4 hores i els pebrots secs.
  • Afegir oli i rectificar el punt de sal.
  • Acabar de coure a foc lent.
